  • The solution to the competition task may consist of a maximum of 500 characters including "spaces". The use of lowercase and uppercase letters is allowed.

  • After submitting a valid application for the competition, the participant is registered in the competition database.

  • The proof of purchase will be verified upon awarding prizes (the submission of the original proof of purchase is a necessary condition for issuing the specified prize). Participation in the competition is only permissible after making a promotional purchase, i.e., the time of purchase (date and time shown on the proof of purchase) cannot be later than the time of sending the application to the competition. In the event that it turns out that the winner submitted their application before making the actual promotional purchase, i.e., the date and time of receipt of the application is earlier than the date and time of the actual purchase, as evidenced by the proof of purchase, they lose the right to that prize.

a condition for each instance of having a different proof of promotional purchase. Each day is counted from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 of that day. Possessing one proof of promotional purchase entitles you to make only one submission in the competition. • is the result of the participant's personal creativity,

  • must not contain vulgarities, offensive content, or content contrary to the law,

  • must not violate the rights of third parties, particularly: personal rights and copyright, as well as the right to image protection.

  • In the case of making more than one promotional purchase, to make a valid submission to the competition for each promotional purchase, each of these purchases must be documented with a separate original proof of purchase and a separate submission to the competition. The organizer has the right to request the participant who has submitted multiple entries to the competition to send all original proofs of purchase. If the participant does not have these proofs of purchase, they may be disqualified and excluded from the competition, including the loss of the right to the prize awarded to them in the competition. In such a case, unawarded prizes remain at the organizer's disposal.

  • Each participant in the competition may submit any number of entries (provided they make the appropriate number of promotional purchases), however, one person and individuals from one household (by the term "household" the organizer understands the same residential address of the competition participants) may receive only one prize in the entire competition. This also applies to situations where one person submits entries to the competition using different phone numbers/email addresses and qualifies for more than one prize. In such a case, unawarded prizes remain at the organizer's disposal. If the organizer finds a gross violation by the participant (i.e., the person identifying themselves with a given email address or phone number) of the regulations, particularly the provisions of this point, the organizer has the right to exclude the participant from the competition, deprive them of the right to a given prize, including removing all their entries in the competition (both those already submitted and future ones).

  • By submitting their participation in the competition, each participant declares the transfer of economic copyright to the competition solution if this solution is awarded a prize. Upon the award of the prize in the competition, the participant transfers to the organizer all economic copyright to this competition task solution, based on Article 921 ยง 3 of the Civil Code, without time and territorial limitations, in the following fields of exploitation:

  • fixation on any audiovisual and audio carrier, particularly on: video carriers, light-sensitive tape, magnetic tape, computer disks, and all types of media intended for digital recording,

  • multiplication by any technique including: magnetic technique on video tapes, audiovisual disks, light-sensitive and digital techniques, computer recording technique on all kinds of media adapted for this form of recording, producing copies of works by a specific technique, including printing, reprographic, magnetic recording, and digital technique,

  • circulation of the original or copies on which the work is fixed โ€“ putting multiplied carriers into circulation domestically and abroad, lending the original or copies,

  • distribution of the work in a manner other than specified in points a) โ€“ c) โ€“ public performances, presentation, display, as well as public availability of the work in such a way that anyone can access it at a time and place of their choosing, including particularly making it available on websites,

  • input into computer memory and multimedia networks in an unlimited number of broadcasts and quantities of copies,

  • use in multimedia works,

  • putting into circulation using the Internet and other data transmission techniques utilizing telecommunications, information, and wireless networks,

  • use of the work and its fragments for promotional and advertising purposes,

  • use for marketing purposes, including advertising, promotion of identification, products and services, and other manifestations of business activity.

Furthermore, the participant authorizes the organizer without additional compensation to exercise derivative rights to the work and to allow the exercise of derivative rights, to the extent justified by the use of the work in the above-mentioned fields of exploitation, including making modifications to the work, combining it with other works, and transferring it to other entities for modification.

  • The organizer reserves the right to verify whether the participant/winner meets the conditions set forth in these regulations. For this purpose, the organizer may request (by sending a request via email to the email address from which the participant submitted their entry to the contest or the form for winners) that the participant/winner provide/send additional written statements, additional data, or documents necessary for proper participation in the contest, including all original proofs of promotional purchases whose numbers were provided in the contest entry forms. Participants/winners may be required by the organizer to send the aforementioned additional information and documents to the organizer's registered office or to the email address specified by the organizer in the request. Failure to contact the participant/winner results in a negative verification and leads to the removal of the suspect entry/entries of the participant/winner from the contest. Each participant/winner is obliged to regularly check whether an email from the organizer has not landed in the participant's/winner's mailbox containing messages classified as "junk"/"spam." In the absence of positive verification โ€“ failure to meet the conditions arising from these regulations or failure to meet all the organizer's requests within the deadline set by the organizer (not exceeding 5 days from the date of sending the request by the organizer) or attempts by the participant/winner to violate the regulations or applicable laws, the organizer may (after conducting an explanatory procedure) exclude the given participant/winner from the contest, including the removal of all the participant's/winner's entries from the contest, and the participant/winner may lose the right to a specific prize in the contest. In such a case, the unawarded specific prize remains at the organizer's disposal. In the event of detecting unfair interference with the organizer's systems or unfair or non-compliant influence on the course of the contest, the organizer may report the aforementioned practice to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

  • Multiple submissions to the contest based on a single original proof of promotional purchase, sent by the same participant or by several participants, do not increase the chance of winning prizes โ€“ they will be treated as duplicates and will be removed from the entry database (the first correct entry will remain in the database).

  • SELECTING WINNERS OF PRIZES

  • In order to select the winners of prizes in the contest and to ensure supervision over the proper course of the contest, the organizer will appoint a contest committee, as referred to in point 7 of these regulations.

  • The verification of the correctness of the submitted entries to the contest will be carried out by the Organizer. The time of submission of the entry will be recorded by the organizer's mail.
